Game not showing in library

Hello hoping someone can help me.

I installed Microsoft flight simulator using a Microsoft store key code bought from a third party (Eneba). The game worked perfectly, I uninstalled it as I was getting a new PC. I logged into the microsoft store expecting the game to be in the library and it was not. I cannot remember the key as it was over a year ago and I do not have anything in my emails.

Has anyone experienced this? I am surprised it is not in my games library and I am disappointed if I am going to have to buy it again.

What version of Microsoft Flight Simulator did you purchase? Older versions (like the X or 2020) needed the activation code each time you installed the game and the game was never added to your library (it only showed as installed).

Since you purchased it from a third party seller, your only option would be to contact the seller if you have any proof of purchase and see if they can send you the key again. Or maybe sign in to the seller website and your order might be showing there.

Do you own the game on disc or digital? If it's disc, then that will be why the game does not show in your library on PC, as you need to own the digital version for that to show up in your PC library.

Since it's an add-on and not a separate game, it doesn't show up in the game library. It shows up in game.

When I redeem the code, It displayed the name of the game. As the screnshot shows, the game can be seen in my game library... but canot see in the console library

Yes, you're correct. Red dead online is part of Xbox game pass before but got removed already. I'm afraid Red Dead Online is required to play Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode so that means, you need to purchase red dead online for it to work.
