    Game not showing after purchase.


    I purchased two DLC for XCOM 2, War of the Chosen and Resistance Warrior Paxk on January 14 because they were on sale, until today I tried to download them and only the Pack was showing on my purchases on the Xbox's (XSX and One S) but not War, if I go to my purchase history on my Microsoft account I can see both of the on the same order that was approved but If I select War it doesn't show it as mine and the Pack shows that I own that item, I called Xbox and we did the hard reset of the console and it didn't work and they referred me to 2K and they told me to contact MS, any idea hot to fix this?

    Yeah I tried that on both consoles, even after deleting my account and the game and redownloaded it.

    The funny thing is that I purchased two DLC's for the same game and the other one shows up no problem.

    I apologize but since the status of the order is completed it means that it's successful and it will now depend on the game support on how you can access it inside of the game.

    That's odd, have you tried to install the DLC by checking the games and add-ons page?

    1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    1. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

    4. Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.
