    Hello.I'm sorry by wrongs, I'm writing with translator. Game is not run. Loading and stop on start monitor. When draw: left top - many block's, right Microsoft Studios and TAPTILES.

    Please help me. Another users on this PC can run this game.

    Do not run the game

    Hi, I bought the game on the disc, but soon got its subscription and continued to play it on. After the subscription is over, I can not even run it from the disk. Requires subscription to update again.

    P.S. The game was removed and re-set the disc. Problems remained.

    Everytime I go to play solitaire the same add starts but stops .

    there is no way to add that, you will have to get a MS drive instead of the 3rd party one that is missing it that is why your game does not play.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Have you checked for an update? I know mine updated a fee days ago and also had another download for the XB Live Minecraft.

    The only other thing I can think of is uninstall and reinstall it and see if maybe that will give you a possibly updated version if it shows no update.
