    Game Not Reading and Kinect Not Responding


    Last night my Battlefield 4 and Call Of Duty Ghosts wouldn't load. It wouldn't even read the disc. And everytime I tried to use voice command it wouldn't respond, none of my apps worked either. And I'm wondering what the problem is. Today it would connect
    to the internet, but still nothing could load or read. The Kinect still doesn't respond and I can't get to my settings to try to fix it. Apps still don't work either. Is this a issue with xbox one that they are trying to fix, or is there something wrong with
    my xbox one? I'm fine if it's problems they are working on, but I'm worried that it's my xbox one.

    Dear support

    I updated my Xbox One yesterday and the Kinect did not work at all. I followed the instruction on the support website and my Kinect still listed not plugged in my console.

    Hi CowFace!

    Lets try this: With your console, On, press and hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until the unit turns off. Unplug the power supply from the back of the console, wait approx. 30 seconds. Hook the cable back up and reboot the console.

    Let us know if this resolved your problem. Game Not Reading and Kinect Not Responding :D

    If we don't have to use the Kinect for anything, why is it required to have it connected?
