I just purchased Fable anniversary edition on the the xbox store under deals and installed it, pressed the play button and it says Do you own this game or app, if you have a game disc, insert it now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed
in to xbox live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get them from the microsoft store.(0x803F8001).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but same message.

My fat xbox does not show game pic on dashboard only says play game. click to start any game it logs live off then returns to dashboard and relogs me back into live. i have tried removing update, clearing cache, resetting up console, changed drives out.
no luck. plays cd fine. if i try the game details it gives you the 8c230002 code for xbox service. Anyone got a clue. this is getting very old with xbox i have 2 ps3's and never had a issue with them but the 360's i'm on my 4th one in 5 years

http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-360/disc-drive/disc-drive-solution which may be able to help. This will talk you through what is happening by you selecting options eg which console you have, and giving solutions which may help. You can answer yes or
no as it if this helped, and if it did not you will be given more options.

I have had this problem in the past, and I have found if your console is on it's side, if you stand it up it can then sometimes work - worth a try atleast.

you need to wait sometimes 24 hours to reflect the purchase on servers

but you can try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up.

Do a power reset it has worked for me many times on issues like this
