    Game not playing after buying it through xbox store


    I bought Battlefield 1 not long after release on my main account from the online xbox store. Now when I try to start it it tells me to sign into the account that bought even though I am. I have tried reinstalling it but didnt work. I recently had to repurchase
    gold, so maybe that caused something? I don't know.

    just brougjt xbox one s is there a reward for this?

    if you did it through the microsoft store you'll get 50k points a few days after buying it.

    Buying through Xbox Live store.

    I buy most of my games through Xbox live Store digital version that I can download. I was wondering however , if my hard drive becomes full can I delete games that I don't play as often and still download them again at a futur time and date if I ever feel
    like playing them in the futur. If so how long do I have to redownload them before they vanish from the Xbox live store. Example. I purchased and downloaded Witcher 3 from Xbox live store about 2 months ago. can I uninstall it today to make room on my hard
    drive for another game and in a year or 2 from now can I re-install my Witcher 3 from Xbox live store.

    some games do not require Xbox live to play, others do so it depends what games you are playing you can also try buying the Xbox live gold by signing into your account and purchasing it through the store on a Pc/laptop.

    hopefully you can buy gold through the Pc xbox store if not try buying a code from a store and adding the code to the xbox.

    If you're buying through the website, most of the games are for the console. If you're buying through the Microsoft Store app, you'd need to check the game's description to see if the game supports Play Anywhere. Play Anywhere allows you to buy a game for Xbox or PC and play on both without having to purchase it twice.

    Value & incentive for Gold & digital distribution

    I always buy my games as a physical copy because games do not appear in the "Games on Demand" store until months after release. With the Xbox One however, now that all games will be available digitally on release day I will buy them through the online
    store and an extra little incentive wouldn't hurt.

    Steam platform is a different platform from Microsoft/Xbox. If you want to play your games from Steam to Xbox/Microsoft Store platform, you need to buy your game again through Xbox/Microsoft Store.

    Minecraft Play anywhere

    Currently Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title. So you would have to buy the game for the One if you want to play it there and/or buy it for the PC if you want to play it there. If it does become a Play Anywhere title, you can buy it through the Xbox Store
    or Windows Store and redownload it for free on the other platform. You can read more about Play Anywhere >here<
