Game not linked to account

Hey

Hoping someone can help

I purchased a digital copy of "Catherine" a while ago and possibly on a different gamertag, sadly I no longer remember that tag.

Anyway I still have the game on my Xbox 360 and I can play the game as the license is associated with that 360. I'm just wondering if there is a way that the game can be linked to my new tag so I can play it on my Xbox one?

I don't use my 360 anymore and I'd rather not spend £15 on a game I've already spent £35 on in the past.

Account not linked

Hi, my xbox one gamertag is KingGosling3, however when I log onto the same account on a computer/pc my gamertag comes up as

and acts as a totally different account. Is there a way I can make KingGosling3 my account online.

Second ask : i had an account which gamertag was iBluePanda, can i have the mail of this account to delete it, so i'll be able to call this one with my pseudo

Thanks for posting! Due to the license being acquired on a different Xbox Live account, you would need to have access to that Xbox Live account in order to play that game on Xbox One. Unfortunately in this scenario you would need to reacquire the game on
the Xbox Live account you have access to in order to play. Alternatively, you may be able to find a disc copy of the game to play from the Xbox One console. We are not able to transfer game licenses between Xbox Live accounts.

If you changed your gamertag lately it could take up to 24hrs to get everything back to normal.If problems still persist after this period you should contact support.Epic games account related issues ....i would contact them

Hi,

Unfortunately, you're not able to transfer any sort of games from one account to another. With Games for Windows LIVE, whatever account the CD Key was redeemed on has to be the account that the game must be played from. This is the DRM system currently in place
for Games for Windows LIVE titles. This would mean that you'd need to remember the e-mail address/password you used when you first registered the CD Key in order to play the game.

As far as your second question if you need to find out the e-mail address of an account and you can't remember it, you'll want to either reach out to Microsoft Chat Support, or phone support, this can be done
here.

Have you tried removing the profile and then reloading it? You could also try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
