    Game not launching


    Hi, Since last 2 days I've been encountering Error 0x803f8001 when trying to play Forza Horizon 3 which was downloaded on my new Xbox One S. I played the game every day for close to 5 fays before encountering this issue.



    Despite my best efforts I cannot get the game to launch.

    Any help is appreciated.

    im on vaction at my uncles house he does have a xbox but when i plug in my hardrive to play skyrim it says cant launch

    No games will launch

    The process BusGod mentioned is known as power cycling, which is not the same as restarting the console. You can hold the Xbox Console power button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This process is known as
    power cycling and will clear the cache and reset the network card. Let us know if that suggestion worked.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try deleting then redownloading the game to see if that helps. If it does not then you may need to try a factory reset. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.
