Game Not Launching

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to play the game Apex Legends on my Xbox 1 for quite some time now but before the game opens, it quits and an error message shows up. The error message itself says, 'Something went wrong' and is followed by the error code 0x87e50033. I'll link a picture at the end of this. This is the only game where this problem is occurring (as far as I know, based on the games I have) and other online games like Overwatch are working fine. It should also be said that neither the Xbox nor Apex needs updating. It's also a digital game if that wasn't clear.

Here are all the methods I've tried so far to fix this:

- Hard resetting or going through a power cycle (along with resetting using the Xbox's software)

- Deleting and reinstalling the game (I've done this 3 times, both before and after going through a factory reset)

- As said before, going through a factory reset twice (although keeping my games)

- Checking all my network settings and resetting some of it

- Clearing some caches, as some guides said this was the problem (although I only have 3 games so I doubt it's a space issue.

- I've contacted Xbox support 3 times but unfortunately what they've advised hasn't worked

I have 2 profiles on this Xbox, under family settings. One profile acts as a parent and the other is one for a sibling. However, Apex doesn't launch on either of these profiles.

I've also tried to get help from EA as this could be a problem with the game itself but I haven't received any support so far. And my dad and brother are playing Apex without issue, so it's probably not a server problem.

I'd be very grateful if I could get any advice on the matter, I was looking forward to playing Apex but for whatever reason, it just doesn't want to work .
