    I have 4 games installed, one being Ori and the Blind Forest. I can't get it to launch after launching it earlier. I had this problem before but I had to reinstall it but now I would lose a few hours of play time in it and I can't get it to run. I've tried
    googling it and reading other posts. I ran stuff in Powershell, restarted my PC troubleshooted it and still nothing. I'm not sure what to do

    Thanks Misses Joust. I'm now up and running in all profiles. The license transfer and re download did it.

    A used system maybe your issue..... How many profiles are on the console??? You can't play other account games.... Are you having an issue playing games under your account????.

    If this is a new system for you, be sure you
    perform a license transfer     on it with your account. That will push your content licenses to the new console to allow everyone to play.

    Once that's done, clear the cache and restart the console, and then re-download the affected games.

    I'm having a similar issue, only I've got 2 xbox 360's. All profiles can play all digitally purchased games on my first console, but some digital titles (but not all) aren't playable ( except by me ) on the second console. Frustrating as hell.

    If I do a license transfer on the second console, am I correct in assuming that it'll blank the licenses on the first console?
