Also, how are you trying to uninstall Forza Horizon? By the control panel, by the apps & features, by the Microsoft store or the Xbox app?

I managed to find the folder and deleted it

For more context I uninstalled it through the Xbox app and it left a studio wildcard folder with a bunch of stuff still on it and I managed to delete if

Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

Are you trying to delete a game from your Xbox or PC?
If it's on your Xbox, the game is installed on the internal storage? Or did you installed the game on a external drive?

If it's on PC, how are you trying to delete the game?
Via the Xbox app or via Windows settings?

And what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

If you have a computer, you can try to format it on the computer first:

- Connect your external hard drive to the computer;

- Press Windows + E to open the file explorer and go to "This computer";

- Right-click on the external hard drive and click Format;

- Choose NTFS under File System;

- Check the Quick Format box and click Start.

Then, just insert the external HD on the console. Choose it as a storage to install games and apps.

If you want to format it right on the console:

- Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Storage. The external storage should appear on this page.

- Highlight the external drive, press the A button and select Format > Choose games and apps.
