Game not displayed to download at the XboxOne

I bought the game Contrast, but the game aren't avaliable to download in my XboxOne.

I'm having the same problem with the game Beyond Good and Evil.

Already updated the console, but the games do not display in the download area.

Could help me please?

Can't Connect to online games?

Followed the steps and tested some games. Halo 4 displayed 'The servers could not download your profile information'. Battlefield displayed 'Your game version don't match server browser version. All servers will not be shown.' Rock Band fortunately does
recognise me but i don't think that's a server based game or whatever. Anyway yeah my account isn't being recognised still. I can't think of anything I can do at this point.

What happens when you navigate through the Xbox Store and find the pages where you bought the games? Maybe, for some reason, after checkout, the game download didn't get automatically initiated. If you bought the digital version of the game, there should
be a button on the Store page that says something like "Download" or "Install".

Also, when you said you "updated" the console, did you update to the latest version released to the general public, or did you just join the Preview Program?

Hey there Loris0812,

Have you tried to swap out HDMI cables on the console and on the TV yet to see if that corrects the problem? Do you see the same thing happening in other games as well or just in Assassin's Creed Syndicate?

FIXED! make sure your xboxone display settings are set to 1080p 60hz. Just done it and now the cutscenes are fine

Me and my cousin try to share games, he made my profile on his xboxone home, and when he downloaded my games, i made my Xbox my home Xbox. Now he didn't download my games and made my xboxone profile his home again and the when he finally downloaded the games
i try to make my xboxone home again and now he deleted my profile off his Xbox and now my profile has no home Xbox because theres a limit. I'm trying to make my account on my xboxone home again and it says i have to wait a year. This is not fair seeing how
he still can't play my games.
