Game not awarding forzathon challenges prizes

Hi, i recently completed two challenges as part of the april fools weekend and even though the two achievements for the challenges appeared on my Xbox, it didn't register in game and didn't reward the two cars as the prizes for the challenge. I restarted
the game to see if it registered but to no avail. Please could i have some on this?

i played forzathon challenges in Forzahorizen 3 but did not give me the prize. i playing with pc. pls help me .Ive tried four times already i dont know what to do.

One possible reason why you're encountering issues with awards for game achievements you have unlocked is due to synchronization error with your account and with the Xbox Live servers. We recommend checking the progress of your achievements online to verify
that your device has synchronized with Xbox Live. Here are the steps:

1. Sign in at Xbox.com.
2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile.
   
3. Tap or select Achievements.
4. Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.
5. If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

Kindly check if the achievements appears under Locked Achievements. If yes, that means that the device you're using to play the game isn't synchronized yet with Xbox Live. We advise that you wait for 72 hours for the synchronization to take
place. If the same thing occurs after that time frame, try unlocking the achievements again.

Thanks for your help, issue has now been sorted. Had too many cars in garage due to limit of 550 cars.
