Discus and support Game not availible in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Age Of Empires 3 Complete Collection Windows game in 2010.     Game not availible


    I bought Age Of Empires 3 Complete Collection Windows game in 2010. When I log into my profile page, it says games bought before 2012 are not showing up available anymore, contact support. I did contact support although they seem not to be able to solve
    the issue. Last support call to the Xbox team, they told me, the game is not any longer available on our servers, contact the game publisher, as they have requested it to be taken down. Well the game publisher is Microsoft Games, so not very helpful support
    there.

    I bought this game, so it should be available for me, if it's not any longer supported by the Xbox I wish to be offered a product key so I can redeem it on Steam.

    The game and order ID are showing up on my profile page.

    Sorry there is a Mistake. I know not all the 360 Games are on the One is availible in the Future. But this Game is now availible. And I Talk only to this Game not anthing else.

    Maybe a different forum is availible to talk about this game... I'm not sure.

    The Windows Live PC Marketplace was closed last August 25, 2013. Although you will not be able to purchase new games, you can continue to enjoy previously purchased content by downloading them through the Games for Windows Live client software as usual on
    this link.

    If you have been sold a game pass for the console and don't have a console you would be able to purchase a refund for this particular product through xbox customer services and then purchase one for the PC afterwards. Good luck and all the best to you.
