I think they sold the game pass for the console

but i don't have a console

can I somehow cancel on my account cancel 30 days of the game pass for the console and instead give me a game pass for the PC?

The Windows Live PC Marketplace was closed last August 25, 2013. Although you will not be able to purchase new games, you can continue to enjoy previously purchased content by downloading them through the Games for Windows Live client software as usual on
this link.

Thanks for replying again. I’ve tried those and unfortunately it still not working for me. Does it have something to do with region? Cuz I’m in the Argentina region.

Not all games and content are available in all regions.

If you have been sold a game pass for the console and don't have a console you would be able to purchase a refund for this particular product through xbox customer services and then purchase one for the PC afterwards. Good luck and all the best to you.
