Game not available on store

Bought Forza Horizon 2 on a specific account, was not my main xbox account. Since then my xbox had to be reset due to a cold war update breaking my entire download queue, as such I remembered my main account login of course, but not the secondary account which has Forza Horizon 2's game license on it. I still have Horizon 2 installed, but it's unplayable because i don't technically have a game license for it. Im more than willing to pay the 20/30 bucks again for it, but since its unable to be bought through the store, i dont see any way to do that. Any ideas?

I did check here and the game is available in other regions for purchase. Usually, this happens if there is a restriction for the game on the region where you are trying to purchase it.
