Game not available in my region?!

I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! It sounds like you didn't
migrate your account once you moved. For Xbox 360 games, you need to have your account location and your physical location match so that the geofence lock on Xbox 360 games isn't triggered.

The issue you are experiencing might have to do with that the game is not available in your region.

I just had a look and it shows to me that the game is not available for my region. There is a few 360 games that was not originally launched in certain regions and thus won't be available for backward compatibility for said regions.

If it's a region issue, then no. Some 360 games are region locked so in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

How do I tell if the game is or isn't available in my region? Will it say what regions it is available on the store page?

The game seems to be only available for US. Not available in my region.

It says “for distribution”. Thing is, I can buy the game if I want to, it is available in my region, but not on Game Pass. That’s the first time I see a situation like that.

Edit: Ok, I called my regional support. They are not 100% sure, but it seems to be a region thing.

Again, if a game would not be available in a specific region at all I would understand (digital rights are a mess), but this is weird. Is this the first time when a game is
available for purchase but not on Game Pass in a specific region? Weird.
