Game not available anymore even though I bought it

Thanks for the replies and updates. If the game is showing on your purchase history then support will be able to see it also. As the game is not working at all, they should be able to assist you. They will be the only ones that are able to as anyone here
on the forums is unable to access that information. You can request a call from support with this guide.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Nothing works. Microsoft said it can't be refunded because it's been a few months. I don't know what to do. I want to either be able to play the game again or my money back but it seems these are impossible. I wish I could talk directly to someone about
it so they could solve my issue but I couldn't find how to do it. It's just so unfair, man. It makes no sense that I can't play the game but it is listed on my purchase history. This is messed up.

Not dumb at all. Yes, it's all the same (though I have changed the credit card I used at some point). Where do I find this "pop" thing, exactly? No, it's not under "Install" nor "Ready to install". Like I said it's all the same, profile and all.

then you can explore the FAQ or directly contact an operator at "contact us" and follow the below steps:

1. Billing & accounts
2. see other option -> payments and billing
3. show contact options
4. choose the way of contact that you prefer (chat or call)

Is it showing in your purchase history?

If it is and it doesn't show in My games and apps as ready to install then you should ask support if you can buy it again and if you are charged again they should refund you.

Trouble is though it might go through the motions of charging you and let you download it but still not let you play.

I've had the same problem as you with a backwards compatible game called Dantes Inferno. it will not work on my xbox one. I can get it to download by buying it again on the store but it will not launch It's been months and xbox support have been useless.
It's frustrating.
