    Game not appearing on Xbox (while appearing on my microsoft account)


    I try to redeemed a game I bought. The games appears well on my microsoft account as purchased and completed but it doesn't appear on my Xbox. How can I reset my xbox or do something else to make it appear on my xbox?

    Xbox iOS App and appearing offline

    I was wondering if appearing online while using the xbox app can be disabled, i have my account on my xbox set to appear offline. However it seem like using the app on my phone makes me come up as appearing online and using the xbox app. Is there anyway
    to change this?

    You would need to make sure that you are signed into the same account that you are signed into on the website showing the purchase.

    Need to reactivate retail boxed Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 that was installed on a PC that died.

    Thanks very much for that, Kathy and I will follow your links.

    But before I do, I will add to my earlier post that while I can't see MS Flight Sim in the Microsoft store, it certainly appears in my Microsoft account under items that I have purchased. Appparently, once listed inside my MS account, it should appear in the MS Store, but that link appears to have failed.

    Now off to follow your suggestions.

    check in payment and billings, in your microsoft account (from pc) there will appear all purchases and codes redeemed in your account there must appear so that you are sure that it is redeemed, or you can check on your xbox profile (from pc) in my games
