Game Not Appearing on Xbox.com Profile or Recent Games

Hello, I had a quick question, and though I'm extremely curious as to what my question concerns, it isn't that urgent.

I recently obtained a copy of Gears of War Judgment (fantastic game, been playing the daylights out of it), and after some recent roaming around my Xbox Live profile via the Xbox website, something struck me quite odd. Gears of War Judgment does not appear
on my recently played games on my console or the Xbox website, nor are the achievements accessible for viewing on the website.

Now, I do have the achievements for GoW:J, and they are readily viewable on my Xbox 360 console. I was just unsure if this was a bug that currently exists and that people only have for this particular game, or if it occurs much often and with any game? I
have not noticed it with any other of my games, as even the oldest and least-played games still happen to be on my list of recently played.

Again, there is no urgency in this matter. I have my achievements, and the game is playable, it's just as if Xbox.com won't acknowledge that it exists.

Xbox.com - Game clips

Hi,

Last few days seem to be missing game clips on my profile page on xbox.com. Appearing fine on smartglass and viewing friends profiles i can see clips. Anyone seeing this issue at all?

Hate the way some games are appearing on last gen months before or last gen only like the latest grid, this and the amount of remasters of quite recent games

 

Umm, I see it as your 5th most recently played game. I do notice that it skips over that title when I view/compare achievements. Weird.

FYI -- No one from MS checks the forum, so you won't get an official answer here.... just a handful of people who find this "issue" interesting.

 

Actually they do check the forums, but only in the areas dedicated to support.

 

@Egg Yeah, I was aware that they do not specifically address the threads here and answer the questions, I just didn't want to bother anyone from Support over such a little matter. Again, I was just curious about it.

I see the icon for it on my profile tag on the upper left as well, which is strange. I'm wondering if it has something to do with it not being obtained by means of a retail store (to clarify, I earned it as a gratuity item from the Microsoft Survey team
after submitting a personal survey for the beta for 'Warface' a few months back, though I highly doubt that should affect how it appears in my gaming stats)

 

The means of how you obtained the game (as long as it's legit, which you've stated it is ) shouldn't really matter.

I'm also slightly baffled, because when I look at your achievements list I don't see the game listed at all. I would contact support and chat with them to see if they can have someone look into your account to see if there's anything weird going on.

 

Alright. It may be a bug in the system for just my account, I doubt anything malicious is taking place. My account was recently secured with two of my own personal e-mails and a password change.

There was some brat using modifications in a CoD title I was playing about three months ago, and after I called him out on it, he threatened to disable or ban my account (to which, ofcourse, I just waved him off), but it just so happens he said ihe would
pull an attempt in a time of three months.

My region information also seems off. Although my devices I have linked to Xbox.com (tablet, 360, my friends XBOne) state my region as Southwest in the U.S. and in my time, and I can access all content on Xbox Live, my activity is monitered by timing in
the UK (say I'm playing a game right now, it's 7:30 and the the 5th of September, but Xbox.com will tell me and people who visit my account that I last played the game and signed in on the 6th of September). What's that about?

 

Eh, usually those kids in CoD are just blowing smoke. As for the time thing. It's likely a setting on Xbox.com here that you don't have setup correctly. I've had that happen a couple times, and I just have to change my profile back to Pacific on the site
and the timestamps look correct then.

 

Okay, cool. The time thing shouldn't be a bother, I'll look into fixing those when I upgrade to the new console.

Concerning my achievements, could you possibly check to see if you can view my most recent Saints Row 4 achievements? I've earned them very recently and after my GoW ones. The most recent one should be 'Make A List, Check It Twice', that is, unless you read
this after I earn a few Dead or Alive achievements.

 

I see that achievement and it shows it was earned 5 days ago. Left 4 Dead (I think you meant this one, not Dead or Alive) shows achievements earned 4 days ago.

And no no, I meant Dead or Alive, but now I see why it was a pre-owned game xD

I'm immediately returning it back to GameStop.

 

Hmm, being a pre-owned game shouldn't make a difference at all. It seems like either the console isn't online (which would mean achievements wouldn't pop until the next time you go online (officially on your profile...they would still show up on the console
itself) or something is bugged with how achievements are syncing to your account if the console is online.

 

No no, sorry, I wasn't fully informative there.

DoA was pre-owned and I returned it not because I wasn't earning achievements, but because I had no fun playing it. I was saying that unless I get achievements in THAT game, the Saints Row 4 ones should be the most recent. I wasn't sure if I was going to
earn any achievements between my last post and your response.

GoW:J is the only game I'm currently having issues syncing the achievements, and though nobody else can see the achievements I earned for it, my gamerscore is still correct both on my console and here on the site.

My mistake for not being thourough with my explaination.

That shows up just fine here. You know Pre owned makes no difference right?
