    Game not appearing in library


    G'day, I'm having issues with my game library. My boyfriend purchased Halo MCC for me via his account on Windows 10, which I redeemed on my Xbox One.

    However, now Microsoft (Windows Store, XBox store etc) are all saying I need to purchase it before doing anything else. I have the game in my purchase history, and it worked with another game he also bought me. But with Halo, it is not appearing anywhere.

    I tried all the help with the virtual assistant, trying it with different power modes and all of the advice that I could find online but nothing is helping.
