Game nor EA Code not come with bundle

Hiya Microsoft, just bought an Xbox One X Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Deluxe Edition + 1 month Ea Access bundle

And only the xbox and the controller has came with it.

Need help as to where the codes may be,

That's crazy. I'm sorry that this happened. I'm sure if you reach out to Xbox Support or even exchange the console from the store it was purchased, you will be able to get the missing items.

This is not in my bundle? i have that grey envelope containing Xbox Gold, Xbox Game Pass and the manual to put it into wall and everything.

But the star wars and Ea access is no where to be seen, am outraged at this point as its completely ruined my day.

Hi There,

In case the codes haven't been located inside the Xbox bundle and in the emails, then your best bet would be to call xbox support and give them all the supporting information that they require. This will include the transaction tracking numbers/codes just
so they can verify that the codes haven't been used by someone else. If everything checks out, then they should be able to issue you new codes. I would recommend to keep selecting the option on the Xbox Support to speak to a live representative, because this
situation calls for it.

Hi, Connor!!

I actually just got the same xbox edition.

It is in a long, thin white box/envelope. They are each cards that have digital codes on them. I believe the manual, etc is in the box as well.
