Game Modder: SLeHR needs to be shut down!

I just got out of a game on Call of Duty: Ghosts. The player SLeHR had just killed my friend, and I came across him. I began mowing all of my MP-443 Granch (dual weilding) into him, getting nonstop hit markers. Upon running out of ammo, I swapped to my
gold knife as he looked at me. I began knifing him nonstop, hit markers with each swing. (Note, he has a red name over his head) An enemy of mine comes over to quickscope me, and doesn't kill me on the hit, but before going in for a secind shot, the quickscoper
sees me knifing his teammate, but the teammate (SLeHR), not dying. The quickscoper shoots his teammate, killing him. We both look at each other for a few seconds completely confused. Later on in that same game, there's 4 minutes on the clock and neither team
is near the 7,500 points required in the Drop Zone game, but the game ends, stating both teams lost, and then just boots us all back to the matchmaking lobby. I contacted the quickscoper, and he confirmed that SLeHR showed up as if he was a teammate, and that
he had lost. The entire game, I watched the scoreboard, never seeing him on it. I only saw him in the kill feed the one time and it showed that [-l-]CallMeIllusions (L115) [/)')>]SLeHR. (Both names being red) The drop zone would show enemies, but there'd be
nobody there, care packages would fall, but immediately be taken and used to kill members of both teams, but the kill feed never reading whose killstreak did it, but showing we died by it. The game ended my team at 490 points, the enemy at 850 points. Everyone
in the game went negative, most being more than negative 30. This guy must be stopped! I have a picture of the kill feed showing his death, but that's all I could get. My Xbox mysteriously didn't record any part showing him, except his death kill feed, but
a skull over his body.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with Minecraft playing.

A few questions to clarify your situation:

1. Are you meaning that the disc tray is ejecting while you play?
   
2. What console are you playing on? (original white, Xbox slim, etc.)
   
3. Do you have a family timer enabled on your console?
4. Does this happen when trying to play other games or use apps?
   

Please let us know and we'll work from there.
