Game missing on backwards compatibility

Hello!

I clicked on the icon in Windows 10 Xbox store, then purchase.

It loads Xbox webpage, and it says already bought. Thats correct.

It still doesen't show up on Xbox One.

"Tower Bloxx Deluxe"

When i go into Xbox One Store on console, there is a price on it in American currency instead of local currency.

Looks like USA and not European version is added to backwards compatibility.

Just make the idea title like: "[Game Name] for Backwards Compatibility" then in the description also include that you submitted it there because it was missing from the Backwards Compatibility category.

Does anyone know how to notify microsoft that its missing?

If you're visiting the content from your Xbox One and the price is listed in US Dollars, it sounds like the region of your console may be set to the incorrect region. Be sure your account and console are all set to the correct region, as cross-region accounts
aren't supported.

Sorry for the late replay. I thought i this system sent me a mail when i got a reply. This was my first post..

My Xbox One is setup like this.

Language: English

Region: Norway/Norwegian

So i must change from English to Norwegian for the game to show up? I probably have 100 other 360 games showing that showed up with this setup. English Language and Norwegian region.

Due to the amount thats already auto added, this may be the only game not showing up.

You shouldn't need to worry about changing your console language, just the region of your account. If you're located in Norway you shouldn't need to worry about that.

To check, do other un-purchased games on the Xbox One store show as American currency instead of local currency, or is it just with Tower Bloxx Deluxe?

Thank you. The problem seem to have fixed it self.

It was just Tower Bloxx Deluxe btw, and now shows up in ready to install list.

I installed the new firmware, and it shows up now. It most likely showed up before the upgrade as it looks like it was just a delay.

Norwegian Region + English Language combo is not what caused this then. It was just a delay for x amount of time.

If it happens again in other games, i now know it will be auto added within the first "days" if not the first day.
