game menu in Chinese instead of English

Yea, I ended up downloading the chinese version as well, it was not mentioned in the store advert as well. I tried changing the language, and there was only simplified chinese, traditional chinese, and korean.

What gives Microsoft?!??

As Badger said, Chinese Xbox Ones and Xbox One Games are region locked, so you won't be able to play Chinese-purchased games on a non-Chinese Xbox One, and cannot play non-Chinese games on a Chinese Xbox One.

Also, just as a heads-up, be wary of the regional language settings - you have an Xbox One set to an English-speaking region, but that doesn't necessarily automatically mean that games bought from a non-English-speaking country will automatically play in
English. Some games are localized depending on the area where they are sold, so even if your Region's language is English, the game may still play in the native language (unless the game itself has a language control.)

As an example, on 360, some games had menu options to change the language, but on many EA games, the language of the game menu, subtitles, etc. were limited to the country from which it was purchased. I know some folks who purchased the Mass Effect series
from a store which didn't realize they were the Italian versions, and when they played them, there was no way to switch the language (despite the store trying really hard to help them, giving them the Italian words to look for in the menus to search for language
settings, etc.)

So, long story short, MOST games from most countries (including the US) are Region-free, but caveat emptor, because you never know if the game will be localized with no language menu.

Just to finish this off. It is very easy to replicate. As soon as I installed the Chinese Simplified language pack, Forza Hub uses Chinese date formatting and displays the Games Descriptions and the bottom in Chinese again. And as soon as I remove the language
it is back to normal English.

Note that I just install the language pack for Chinese character input purposes, so I can switch between the default English input and Chinese Pinyin when needed for some Chinese typing, not for changing the actual display language of Windows! For the rest
this is a full English version of Windows 10 Pro Anniversary.

Thanks for your reply. The default language of the game is English where my console is set to Traditional Chinese and my account regin is HongKong. I'm very sure that the detail says it's available in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. I wanna know if
I can play the game in Chinese or it's only a little inaccuracy description?
