GAME loyalty shares.

My Email from game responding to my queries about this quite clearly state I will be able to spend them from October 2014. So someones got something wrong,

 

@Marknally buddy i just read your link and you are totally right, thank goodness lol, although i think i can see where he was coming from, starting Oct 14, you will be given 6 opportunities to trade in your shares, i think that is where the confusoin came
in

 

Yeah no worries mate, the manager in mine didn't have a clue, she was quite miserable about tbh, I'm guessing she didn't get hers lol

 

Good to see Game staff still no nothing about what they sell or are offering.

 

Got an email back in May (or whatever) about this shares thing but seems I didn't get any. Oh well!

 

I had the email as well telling me to pick up a Virtual shares certificate. Was told by the manager that you don't actually need it. Apparently we will get an email in October giving us the option to trade in the shares as reward points to the share value.
Nice to see Game looking after it's customers.

 

i picked up the certificate about a week ago however i was also told we could exchange them following an email coming in September/October

 

Bit disappointed I never got nothing

Like a lot of people here, i have pumped many thousands of pounds into GAME, and continue to do so. Even when they were on the breach of collapse, I still had faith and fully supported them.

Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles

 

i think you had to buy something in between certain dates to be entered into the random draw - i bought wolfenstein and watchdogs during the period, not sure if that has any factor though

 

Oh I see. What a load of rubbish that is then. lol ....how is that it loyalty?

 

20000 customers got choosen for shares 18000 were chosen for loyalty to game the last 2000 were chosen if they purchased something with in a specifc date

 

Game will be gone soon enough so spend them while you can haha

 

iBakez I have not brought anything in game for a long time and I still got my shares, so I dont think you had to buy something in between certain dates

 

I was told by the manager of my local Game store, that staff were asked to nominate their best customers, i know all the staff well in my local so i think that had an awful lot to do with it.

 

I no longer use game anymore after they locked my account cos i got the password wrong 6 time. Now they want me to ring to unlock it. Can't be asked.
