    so around Christmas time I got a new Xbox one x and when i went to go download all my games back that I had purchased on the account but with my Xbox one s when I went to get them back i noticed one game was missing (GTA 5) i paid for it through the Xbox
    and even have game clips from when I was playing it to prove that I did once own the game I just want to know what happened since I don't want to pay another 30 dollars for a game I should already have.

    Are you sure you signed into the same account that made the purchases this would be the only reason that they would not be showing up. and would be the reason that its not showing up on your console.

    I just went to check and it's gone there no trace of the purchase of the game and the in-game currency that I bought.

    First off welcome to the x family lol I love my onex. But yeah that stinks not having a game transfer over that youve already paid for. My first recomendation would be to make sure to check under My Games And Apps and look in the Ready to install tab.
    If you've already done this let me know. Because I had same thing happen with my dlc for fallout 4 (i have the physical disc) but when I switched consoles i had issue with getting my dlc to play and it turned out it was hiding in the ready to install section.

    The first thing you want to check is your purchase history on your account by going to account.microsoft.com and making sure that it is still showing up in your order history and has not been refunded for any reason.
