    This did not work I also removed the profiles on the Xbox one and re added one account and still happens so I did it with each one and still got the some thing

    Is it only with online games or for single player as well? I'll suggest to try power cycling your console first by following the steps below:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Are you sure you aren't logged in on another device somewhere or have a controller linked to your profile being used by someone else?

    Are you a GOLD Xbox Live member? To play online you must have a gold account.

    Hi there, were you playing a game that required Xbox Live to be playing it? If you were and your internet dropped out, that might be the reason it signed you out like that.

    Have you tried playing without an internet connection to see if it does the same thing?
