Game locking up while loading

Discus and support Game locking up while loading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need some advice please. I have not played Apex since Sunday night, just been way too busy with work.     Game locking up while loading


    I need some advice please. I have not played Apex since Sunday night, just been way too busy with work. The game did update Tues. I got off work today at noon and tried to play when I got home. It gets to the splash screen and it just locks up. The "swirly" bar in the middle is frozen and it never gets to the Press A option.

    I have tried the following,

    -I checked for updates

    -Cleared alternate MAC address

    -Powered off the console by holding power button for 10sec

    -Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

    -Did a system reset

    -The problem is on my Series X, loaded game on my old Forza Xbox and it works fine so problem has to be with the series X.

    Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.

    I am sorry to hear about this issue. I see you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps. Could you try the following?

    1. Try launching the game using a different account

    2. Connect your Xbox into a different Network like a data connection on your phone and set it as HotSpot then check again.

    3. Try factory resetting your Xbox > Choose Remove Everything.

    4. If all the above steps fail, I recommend reporting using Xbox Insider Hub App. You can download the Xbox Insider Hub via Xbox Store. Once downloaded, launch it once it opens > Download the Report a Problem feature. Once that is downloaded, pressing the Xbox button will now appear a new button that shows Report a problem. Please use that button to report this issue. You may also reach out to EA support at https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ to see if there's an issue with your link account.

    I think that this is the very same problem that I'm having with my KoA: Reckoning game that i've supposedly downloaded all of, but when I try to either load my saved game or start a new one it'll come up with a screen where it's loading and then it will

    It has nothing to do with the age of the console, its the game itself, gearbox forums are loaded up with this problem, your pretty much boned, Gearbox is out enjoying our cash while we sit with a locked console. Congrats, and welcome to the club
