    It is possible to transfer game image from xbox hdd to flash drive and from flash to hdd. Why is it illegal? I need game disk to play anyway. And i bought one.

    Depends on the developer whether to decide to dub the game or not.

    I don't think so. "Recore", "Sunset Overdrive" and "Halo 5" has a full thanslation, but "Gears 5", "State of Decay 2" and "Crackdown 3" hasn't.

    to simply answer the question, No that is not possible.

    You can not change the language of the game by transfering a downloaded (illegal) image onto the console, even if it was your own image.

    That is more so on game developers to implement. Translations are one thing but to get VO work is a bit more to do.
