    Game loads to a black screen


    Heyy all, Have been playing my Xbox one today when i got sick of pubg, i went to load another game, but it only loads me to a black screen with literally every app and game on my xbox, have tried;

    1, held power button until xbox is off, then press to turn back on,

    2, held power button, xbox turns off, unplug all cords, wait 5 minutes turn back on.

    3, have restarted xbox about 10 time.

    Nothing worked,

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I have a similar issue. For me when the game launches it either stays at a black screen or gets to a loading screen but never loads

    This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.
