Game loads but puzzles will not download on the daily challenges. Tried everything i know.

Can't get Jigsaw puzzles to download. Tried several things with no luck.

December 2 "Jigsaw Jam" Daily Challenge NOT Loading

The "Jigsaw Jam" Daily Challenge puzzle for December 2 does NOT load. Clicking on that puzzle only gets to the "splash" screen, which then shows the "loading" animation for an interminable time, without apparently ever completing the load. A similar problem
was observed with one of the Daily Challenge puzzles on November 1st (but not reported).

Am running Windows 10.

 

Puzzles don't download, just keeps spinning. Updates down download either

I can't play the daily challenges anymore because the puzzles don't download. I tried updating the game, but it doesn't work either.

 

Same here it's been going on for a month... Re-installed the app, reset the app, reset the Microsoft store, restarted several times. Really wish they would take the complaints about this app not loading seriously. All i get is a purple screen, nothing
ever loads except the purple background. The only thing I can think of is that I'm on a Preview version of windows.

 

I played daily and yes, it's Windows. I joined Insiders (slow ring) on my new PC and installed Build 14931. Suddenly, I can't get pass launch screen on Jigsaw. So I think Arkadium needs to update the game.

 

I have been having this problem for over a month as well. I have purchased two sets of puzzles (with gold) that never downloaded, I have tried several times to buy the no advertisement version, and the daily challenges don't download either. I don't see
any comment from Microsoft on any of the complaints about this and it has been an on going problem. This happened before several months ago but was fixed in about 10 days. Is there actually a support team or are they a myth or on sabbatical?
