Game loading problems...

All is fine playing any of my games, except when I play minecraft for more than 30minutes at a time, when I play minecraft for 30 minutes or more, and switch to another game I get the message "give it another try" but if I try to load minecraft again it
works just fine, I have to restart my xbox to be able to play other games again. It didnt do this before I updated the console for mouse and keyboard support.

Any ideas as to why it's doing this?

Xbox One Crash to Dashboard or failed Games Loading has Been Fixed

If you have a problem loading a game, try loading another one, then back to the other game.

I had a problem loading a disc last night and it would go to the main screen then back home. I started PowerStar Golf, then
went back to the disc game and it was fine.

Yea still having a major freeze issue. xbox boots, logo, then loads my profile and BAM LOCK UP and freezes on dashboard. plus i have odd pixels all around my dashboard.( not a display issue) I have cleared cache, deleted updates, my profile, tried another
xbox same freaking FREEEZE.. thus making it so I cannot play my games. I also got the lovely error of game disc is unreadable last night for a downloaded game.... which has no disc,.. ever.... PLEASE I IMPLORE YOU, FIX THIS NOW.....

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like the best thing to do would be to perform a power cycle
on the console. Once performed please try switching between games and let us know how it goes. Thank you!

I've tried that multiple times, the problem seems to be something with minecraft and playing it for awhile. As I've not had this problem playing any other games for the specified amount of time, then trying to switch to another... the problem persists
whether I try to quit game from home screen or switch directly to another game.

We would like to further suggest a Soft Factory Reset to which you can select keep my games and apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

Try this and let us know if this works.

No problems switching from minecraft to other games now... but a new problem arose, now I'm having problems connecting to my internet. Sometimes it will connect after a few minutes, but other times it wont connect at all.

Sorry to hear that you're still having problems.

At least that first one got resolved.

Let's see if we can knock it two for two.

If it has problems connecting to the internet, I would try some of the steps here on our support page entitled "My Xbox One is getting randomly
disconnected from Xbox Live".

Whenever you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped resolve that new issue you're having.
