Game loading issues

Hi everyone,

I have an xbox series x and today its kinda not working, some games work some dont for example: Rocket league loads fine and online works but thats it. GTA wont connect to online, Destiny 2 wont connect, APEX, FIFA 21 the list goes on just keep cant connect to online apart from rocket league and i dont know why.

Any ideas on this? I have reset everthing, unplugged it all left it for a while same as internet just in case but every test comes back fine apart from connecting to games online.

i have nothing wrong with my connection, it's a friends connection that is having the problem.

To test something, Go to SETTINGS, then NETWORK and then ADVANCED, pick a different port number , and clear the mac address. now after restart test out.

Ours won't do anything. All games when started go to a black screen and then back to main menu. No error message, just won't start. Not just COD, all games.

Hi Dan,

First of all I do want to apologize that this has been such a hassle.
As, well as I highly understand the frustration with all of this. I have a good idea of all the process you have done so far in regards to this issue. I would like to ask if by any chance are part of the Insider Preview Program? Also, have you attempted
to use a different profile to see if this happens to all profiles on the console?

Hey there Dan,

sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Go ahead and take a look at the support article "Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay."
I know you have tried some of the steps labeled within the article but follow them all in order and this should get yoou back into the game.
