Game loading issues

I've walked through everything this morning to try and be able to play fallout 4, but nothing works (Restart game, restart console, reconnect to wifi, etc.). I'be tested and apps like Netflix work, but whenever I put in a game, they just load indefinitely.
literally just trying to play a single player game here, this is absurd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Game loading issues

I have installed the game and it will begin it's loading sequence. It gets to the screen with the city in the background and the cursor flashing in the upper right hand corner. The game stops there and does nothing. I have uninsulated the game and cleared
the Cache on the hard drive several times without success. I have used the disk on a friends X box without any issues. Any suggestions?

Forza Horizon 2 - Loading

I can log into XBOX Live but when I start game, i get a 'loading....please wait' screen. Game doesn't load. Is there an issue with loading games that do not have a game disc?

XBox has not listed any issues with game loading. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Fallout 4. Let's see what's going on so we can get you back to playing. You mentioned a power cycle and checking your network, have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling to see if that helps at
all? Let us know!

Maybe the same thing here; after pressing start at the title screen it just loads forever. When i hard reset it works, though. Might reinstall but 1st will wait to see if someone finds out what the issue is.

simple if your on wireless the game won't connect you have to be wired is how you fix it

ah ok, i am usually wired for Halo 5 but this happening when the ethernet is unplugged and it defaults to wireless

i have nothing wrong with my connection, it's a friends connection that is having the problem.

To test something, Go to SETTINGS, then NETWORK and then ADVANCED, pick a different port number , and clear the mac address. now after restart test out.

Ours won't do anything. All games when started go to a black screen and then back to main menu. No error message, just won't start. Not just COD, all games.

First of all I do want to apologize that this has been such a hassle.
As, well as I highly understand the frustration with all of this. I have a good idea of all the process you have done so far in regards to this issue. I would like to ask if by any chance are part of the Insider Preview Program? Also, have you attempted
to use a different profile to see if this happens to all profiles on the console?

Hey there Dan,

sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Go ahead and take a look at the support article "Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay."
I know you have tried some of the steps labeled within the article but follow them all in order and this should get yoou back into the game.
