Game List not Updating

For the past few weeks, my game list hasn't been updating (on console or xbox.com) when I play a game on my Xbox One. New games don't show up at all and games that I had played previously don't get bumped to the top of the list. Stats (playtime and such)
also are not updated. Achievements unlock correctly as my Gamerscore increases and I can see they have been unlocked on trueachievements.com or if I had played the game before the issue started. I have tried three different consoles and on Windows 10 and they
all have the same problem. Xbox 360 games are work fine.

I have re-downloaded my profile twice, reset my Xbox once and talked to support twice. Support suggested I post here about it and had me take a survey. I'm also not the only one having this issue, as evidenced by numerous threads in the last month.

I'd really like to have this issue resolved but there's nothing else I can do on my end and it seems like support can't do anything about it because they said someone from the achievement team has to look into it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, this has been my issue for the last 3 weeks. I’ve contacted support and all they say is that they are looking into it and pass me off to the forums. Mister Kernel it is 100% not resolved and im frustrated why I can’t get any help.

I’ve done absolutely everything on my end. I’ve formatted my drive. I’ve deleted my profile, I’ve downloaded my profile on a different Xbox, I’ve manually downloaded an offline update. Everything that’s been suggested and nothing has worked. This is a serious
internal glitch on the Xbox live side that’s messed some accounts up.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks for trying those steps! This was something that we reported to the proper teams & should be resolved now. When you can, could you try out the previous steps that we recommended of briefly removing your profile & power cycling your console?

 

Exact same issue for me for the past 30 days and no answer in site.

No new game I play is registering and I’ve literally exhausted all troubleshooting numerous times. I’ve even done a factory reset on 2 different consoles.

Old games aren’t updating either but achievements are unlocking.

Did you find a fix for this? Anyone have any solutions?

 

I've seen tweets @XboxSupport that look similar to this, might be a known issue on server end guys

 

I see some tweets on August 11 that could be related to our problem (achievements and stats) but they responded the same day saying the issue was resolved when that clearly isn't the case for a lot of us.

 

I'm bumping this because it still isn't fixed almost a week later, support hasn't gotten back to me and I'm not sure what I can do about it.

And since today all my xbox one games are shown with 0 gamerscore on my profile.

it mite be a issue on the server

 

On my girlfriends profile (on the same console) everything is how it should be. How do you explain that ?

 

My games have achievements unlocked again so that must have been related to the server issues they were having earlier today.

The original problem still persists.

 

I've been having this same problem (new games not showing up) since the beginning of August or end of July, but the last 2 games I started are showing up (games started in the last 2 days). I am missing 3 games that I started in August, however.
