    Game Licensing


    Hello, hopefully someone can clear this question up for me.

    If I have a primary account that has purchased a number of games digitally, are secondary accounts allowed to play these games on the same Xbox One console or would I have to purchase an additional copy for licensing reasons?

    So if I transfer my licensing to a Xbox One will my games on my 360 still be playable?

    Absolutely. If the primary gamertag is set as the Home tag on the console then any other tags will be able to access the games.

    Also, if the Home tag has an active Gold membership then it can share that membership out to all secondary tags so long as they have been added to the primary's family

    As GrimStreaker said, most downloaded content will not work offline on a different console and you will need to transfer the license.
