Game license error?

I have replaced my xbox 360 console because of a nand failure(only readable). From the old console, the hard drive and the installed games and profiles on it moved to another working xbox 360. We would use these games as a family that I recently created, but other family members can't start. The console from pop up box, that title is "xbox store" say "Can't launch <game name>". The exchanged console is not visible in my xbox account as a tool, only in my microsoft account. I can find the traces of the games only in the payment history.
Another xbox one x console is configured as a home console. The few 360 games I bought earlier start on it. Non-online, media-bought games also work on 360.

Here is the list of game involved:

JUST DANCE 2014
JUST DANCE® 2015
JD2016
JUST DANCE® 4

I run these games on the xbox 360 because of kinect, which is not available for the one console.

Please help me find the error.

You'll need to move the game license to the new console. You can do this by following the instructions at this link

Once you have transferred the game licenses to the new console then be sure to go to Settings>Account>Download History and hit the option to redownload each of the games you have installed on the drive. You do not need to delete these games and the redownload
will only take a couple of seconds to move the licenses over. Once done everyone should be able to access the games again.

Are you getting this error, when you launch a game? Because recently I was getting somewhat errors like you're describing. If you are getting this error while launching a game. Also if it is from launching a game (That is downloaded), most likely you get
that error because the game you are trying to play isn't licensed to you. Or you sign out on a game that's not licensed to your console.

please check if your account details and payment options etc. are all correct and up to date at
http://account.microsoft.com

If all is correct, then try removing your profile and redownload it on the console. Between removal and redownload I suggest fully restarting the console.

If that doesn't fix the issue, try changing the GT via the xbox.com via the steps mentioned here:

I have the same issue, but my license for the game is up to date on my system. I transferred the license a couple of months ago to the new 360 and downloaded the game yesterday. I'm getting that same error message.
