Game license and refund issue

OK so this is the issue.

Yes you can only use Microsoft/Xbox account currency to purchase backwards compatible games on the 360 console itself.

Your issue is this the license being taken away for a game that was refunded is only for Xbox One games not the 360 games.

Their is no way to take the license away for a 360 game even with a refund. This is why it still shows that you own the game

The slowdown and stoppage of your download had nothing to do with Licensing.

I am actually surprised that you even got a refund Normal policy is that there is no refunds for 360 games.

Did you know Microsoft can actually retrieve the license on the Xbox One, so individuals that call in for a refund on a game will receive that refund, but they will retrieve the content on the Xbox One!?

In the Xbox 360 there was no way to process this, so people would call in to get a refund, but would keep the game as well now they can't do their shady tricks. :c

Then if they lie Microsoft would have authority to retrieve the license over that game that they issued out to the customer.

In order to get a refund, you would have to fill out a refund request form. However, if you are issued a refund, you would lose your license
