Game Launcher from PC Game Pass Crashes when trying to launch game

Well, your almost right, its not the launcher thats having problems, its the game its self. Where I click play everything goes normaly then when the game is done preparing, then I get the crash

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

I am currently using Windows 11 22H2 and here is the details of the Windows Specifications
Edition Windows 11 Education

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎09/‎10/‎2022

OS build 22621.819

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22636.1000.0

I have checked for Windows Update and my windows is up to date, I've also installed Xbox Game Bar, Xbox Identity Provider, Xbox Console Companion, along with Xbox App and all of these are up to date.

I have optimize my drives using the defragment tools, run system file checker, it says that it has solved the issues with corrupted files, and finally I run chkdsk and reboot.

But I still found the same error on the event viewer when trying to launch the game, the launcher did shows up but it crashes when trying to launch the game

Neither am I, i installed the game from the game pass on PC and when i launched it i get the message in my original post and it closes the launcher.

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue, do you get any errors when it crashes?

Is the launcher crashing, or is the game crashing when you launch it?

Also, are you trying to play Java or Bedrock editon?
