    Game launch and stats issue after finishing game


    Hi, I just finished a game on my Xbox One S. The entire ending of the game had the Saving icon flashing. After the credits, the Saving icon was still flashing on a black screen and wouldn't progress. After 10 minutes
    I quit the game. Now when I start the game and see the Press any button screen, I press a button and the game freezes, it won't start the menu screen. Also on looking at the game's progress from my profile, when I go to Stats, it says No stats This game doesn't
    have any stats to show. However, the Gamerscore still says 1000/1000 and the Achievements 25/25. Do you know why this has happened or how I can fix this without uninstalling and reinstalling the game? I don't want my Gamerscore or Achivements to be lost and
    want to see the Stats screen too. Not sure if the menu screen would have new options after finishing the game too, so I'd like to avoid doing a reinstall. Thanks

    I think so, I have re instaled the game twice (hours waiting) and same issue, game back to desk before finish loading after launch

    Can you provide some examples of the stats you're seeing reset? What games are you seeing that are affected? Are you seeing just stats reset, or are achievements for the games affected as well? Also, are you looking at these statistics before launching
    the game? It's possible after some system updates you may need to launch the game to pull down the latest save files and data for that title for those fields to populate properly.

    I'd also recommend checking the Profile section at xbox.com and see if the statistics are still listed there, because it is possible that it's a local data issue that hasn't been synced down to the console.

    lol all it really is about is keeping your stats tracked as up to date as possible so say you just finished a game on reach making it possible they could have stats from that game available as soon as you finished that game. nothing else really to worry

    what i just found out is that 16 of us were playing BTS and altho we all finished the game after go back to check on my stats @ waypoint it said that all of us DNF .....all 16 players when i went to theater and watched it ...we indeed all finished but 343
    in their inevitable wisdom marked it down as an ...incomplete game ..... meaning that no one finished and no medals ......
