game language (vo)

I have a question about the language a game has when downloading. I like to have all my games in inglish but my acount is from Mexico and here some games only have spanish (vo) and multi-lang subs, is there a way i can purchase the games in inglish (vo)?,
can i set my xbox one language and location to the US and be certain that all my purchases will be in inglish? or do i have to creat a new acount for the US?

Halo 3 On Demand in the wrong language :'(

Hey guys.

I bought Halo 3 On Demand earlier today and read the description carefully before I did. (Here's the

link, click "Description".) It clearly states that the game supports English and no other languages. But when I started the game, all I heard was in Chinese although the description has completely no indication that VO is in Chinese. I also couldn't find
any option to change VO language.

My console and Live account are in English so I think the problem is probably not on my end. I'm from Hong Kong and both English+Chinese are official languages. I can't see any reason that Microsoft wouldn't allow me access to the English version. Plus the
description is just way too misleading.

This game was released a couple of years ago so On Demand is the only way I can buy it as I always try my best to avoid used games. I want the game in its original form. Please tell me what I can do to play the game with English VO :'( Thanks in advance.

 

Mass Effect 3 voice over lines in French!

I've recently bought Mass Effect 3 for XBox360 through the microsoft store, and downloaded it on my xbox360. Booting up the game, everything seemed fine, but as soon as I started, all voice overs were in French. Checking the settings, I can't change the
VO language from French. This shouldn't really be an issue, seeing as the rest of the game is displayed in English, but please help me find a way to change the voice-over language.

For the best experience with xbox live your account region has to match your actual region you will be blocked on major triple a titles as they tend to be region locked

There is no way to purchase games unless specified In the games itself which is rare

You go by your marketplace language of majority

 

Best option would be only to rely on disks

 

When you download the game, the Store automatically chooses the best-suited language for your region. Being in Mexico, if the game supports Spanish, then that is what you will receive; if the game does not support Spanish, your game will be in English. Very
few games allow you to choose the language, so unfortunately there is no much you can do in this instance.
