game lag while in party chat

    They lag gets very bad on COD ghost when I am in party chat. my nat is open and my speed is fine according to the xbox one my DL is 22.49 my UL is 2.49 and my ping is between 80-100 so what gives??

    Lag while chatting in Parties on Backwards Compatibility games

    I thought I'd bring this to your attention that I have been encountering while playing backwards compatible games that while chatting in game/party chats using the xbox party system I encounter lag and volume decreases, as well as random connections and
    disconnections while in party.

    Everything was fine at first everything working then while I was

    playing a game it started to lag and slowly the lag got greater and even in Xbox live party chats it would lag.. It's been doing it for a few days now and it's become unplayable how it is. I tried your solutions and they didn't work..
