    Hello,

    i hope you can help me.!

    I bought in November 2017 xbox one bundle with a game, called Schatten des Krieges.

    The xbox later crashes from a August update and i send it to Microsoft.

    Than the xbox comes back. but the game was deleted.

    And now i connot download the game cause the key was used from me.

    How can i get a nes Key or get this game, cause don´t want to bye it 2 times.

    Hope you can help me.

    i bought a game on windows marketplace on pc and it didnt game me a key i look down the game and is said no key is assingned i really want to play online

    The game would be tied to your account (or the account that used the code). It should be listed under your games and apps under ready to install.

    You should be able to immediately redeem the code.

    I would recommend buying the EU key if you live in the EU. if you got the US Key it would not work

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on redeeming codes. You should be able to redeem the code with the game still installed. If it shows you don't own after redeeming code,

    power cycle     the console.
