Game Keeps on freezing and restarting

Why does the game keep on freezing up

Game keeps freezing on my profile. Have to keep exiting back to home screen, restart game, freezes again during franchise mode. Have attempted to start 4 different franchises and keeps freezing. Game is a digital download, not disc. Have also tried it
on two different xbox ones. Help!

the console itself freezes on mine. i keep having to turn it off and restart it. i've stopped going to halo waypoint from inside the game. its getting annoying

What game are you talking about? You can try quitting the game by press Xbox button and then from the guide hover over the game, and press menu button and then select Quit. If this doesn't work try to
power cycle your console.

uninstalling and reinstalling your game by doing the following:

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
