Game Keeps On Crashing - Please Can We Have A Fix?

Hello

I would like to ask for some help in regards to the XBox One game - Powerstar Golf.

I've been having problems with this game recently in which the game will freeze, create a loud buzzing noise and then places you back to the XBox One Dashboard. This mostly happens when I try to access certain features in the game, such as the Caddie Setup,
the Golfer Setup and now it is known to also occur in the Rivals Game Mode. It is possible that some other areas within the game also trigger this ordeal with the game freezing & crashing you back to the XBox One Dashboard.

I have tried to reload the game and return to the same feature in the menu, but the game still freezes & crashes out. I've deleted the game and redownloaded it onto the XBox One Console. I've also redownloaded all of the download content for the game, at
the same time. I then reloaded the game once the download was complete, but when I tried to access the same menu in the game. It still freezes & crashes.

I have also requested my brother to try the game out for himself since he bought it on his console as well and he too gets the same problem with the game, in which it freezes and crashes you back to the XBox One Dashboard.

Is there a solution towards this method and please can we have some help to get this fault resolved so that we can actually play the game, without the fear of encountering this problem where the game freezes & returns you back to the XBox One Dashboard?
The loud buzzing noise as you can imagine is not very pleasant. In addition I believe many users will encounter this problem since the Full Unlock of the game has chosen to be a Deal Of The Week - May 23rd 2017 - May 30th 2017.

im not sure if i should pick this game in sale.

 

Same here. Crashes 100% when accessing caddies or rivals.

 

Agreed, this is quite frustrating. As the game itself is rather enjoyable! We truly need a fix for this.

 

Same here. Always crashes in caddie screen and rivals mode. Even if you restart or uninstall and reinstall de game.

Its happening to all players they bought the 100% game in these last deals

We need a FIX for this problem

 

I just purchased this also on last day of sale and immediately this freezing keeps occuring. If I choose open play or taking my time looking choosing golfer and caddie in career mode.

If there needs to be a trick. To get it working that's not worth the purchase and shold then be free to play at your own risk.

Microsoft is there a fix for this. Without one I'll need to request a refund even if it is just $5

I called Microsoft and just told me to contact with Zoe Mode (Kuju corporation) and Microsoft couldnt do anything.

Done all the standard testin and found one workaround so far hasn't frozen.

Going offlne. So from your setting >all setting > network > click " Go offline"

Painfull work around eliminating

online features but works so far.

Can anyone else here post back and confirm my findings?

 

I'll try this out later on today. I'm assuming if you go offline, it will disable "Rivals" mode (Which doesn't work anyway due to freezing) and also prevent you from getting any xp for beating friends longests drives, closest to the pin, etc. I wonder
if it's possible to: go offline, set up your caddie the way you want, then go back online, and the caddie setup will save???

 

I tried this method yesterday and it does work. Thank you, Prince for the tip! You won't be able to access rivals because that requires you to be online, but you can access caddie setup without getting a crash. I was also having an issue with local coop
because after I logged in and my friend logged it, the game automatically started searching for (2) "rivals". However, if you go to settings within and game you can disable "Automatically Look for Rivals" or something like that.

Also found for local coop: you can go offline while setting up the game and doing your caddie setup and, once you get into the match, go back online without a crash. This will enable you to still get XP for: beating friends' drives, your personal best shots,
etc...
