Game keeps going back to homescreen

I have the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Private Beta and the original Call of Duty Black Ops 4, the original game didn't have the pre-order on it so I thought I was able to play it but when I clicked it, it said "I know you want to play this game, but its
not out yet, click blahbalhahba to see the release date" so I thought I would try Private Beta cause I already see one of my friends playing it, but when I try to play it, it loads then brings me back to home screen to launch it again, I did reset my Xbox (the
10 secs turn off) then turned it back on after a minute to see if that would work, but it didn't, So I came here to see if anyone would help me.

Battlefield 4 Drops out to homescreen

I'm still (1/2) having the issue of the game going back to homescreen ... Anyone else? It's happening for w/ campaign.

 

Microsoft Edge crashing

edge keeps crashing while using facebook. it especially crashes when i view videos if i don't press B before the video finishes the Edge app crashes me back to my homescreen

 

Same thing here bought the game yesterday through microsoft to play the beta. 24 hrs later still nothing. Don't advertise play the beta when you can't .

 

Since you've tried a hard reset (surprised that didn't work) the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the Private Beta app. The pre-order full release will not launch, since it's not released yet, but the reinstall of the Private Beta should get
you up and running. You might also want to check the status of Activision servers for the Beta. Since it's not a full release, and in pre-release status, they might have interruptions to service that cause issues with the game and network.

 

The Beta is avaliable for digital version, not the physical copy
