    since I did an update,my rocket league game freezes then kicks me out of game

    Any1 else had this trouble as Microsoft don't no?

    Hey TattlingYew7,

    I'm sorry to hear about your freezing issues. I have the latest update for Rocket League with no issues. May I suggest uninstalling the game completely and giving it a fresh install??

    I've had the same problem yesterday Rocket league was fixed but i wasn't able to restart my game or it would ruin it, hopefully MS (Microsoft) fixes this soon. Game keeps freezing :D (You're not alone I've complained many times.) Game keeps freezing :D

    Game keeps freezing

    While this issue has not happened to me it has happened to a friend and i can shed some light on this and things to try. My friend cannot purchase crated and when he loads a game it crashes after he begins matchmaking, not the silent app crash the loud buzzing
    crash sound. So when this happened i told him to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and he did this multiple times and it did not resolve his issue, i next had him try hard resets and even a factory reset and again no dice. After this i had him delete
    and redownload his profile to the console and this sadly had zero effect on his issue. The last thing we tried is i signed into his account on my own console and a friend of his likewise tried after me, as we both own Rocket League just to test it out and
    we discovered that while Rocket LEague worked fine on our accounts when we used his on our consoles it crashed. It cannot even be a regional thing as his close friend lives about 20 minutes away and i live on a completely different continent. So this means
    Rocket LEague has started crashing on his account not his console. If anyone else has been experiencing this issue i would recommend trying these steps to determine if the game is crashing through your account or your console.

    Having a similar problem game played fine for a while after the 30hr download then lost sound in campain mode followed by freezing and slomo play.uninstalled tried again same problem and trying one more time. Lost 3days this is dissapointing

    I'm glad you're back, it's great to have you here with us in the community.

    1st step - Enable the Direct Play feature:

    1. Press Windows+R, type Appwiz.cpl and click Ok;

    2. In the upper right corner, click Turn Windows features on or off;

    3. Click Legacy Components and check the Direct Play box;

    4. Click Yes > Ok and restart the system.

    Step 2 - Disable Windows 10 game mode.

    1. Click on the Start Menu, click on Settings, click on Games, then click on Game Mode;

    2. Toggle the Use game mode switch to Off;

    3. Reboot the system and test.

    Step 3 - Run the game in compatibility mode.

    1. Right-click the game executable and click Properties;

    2. Click the Compatibility tab and check the Run this program in compatibility mode box;

    3. Test with all available editions and click Ok.

    Note: Test with all versions.

    If it still persists, I would recommend a recomposition (inplace) of the system, where it recomposes all Windows files. Lester BernardReyes has an article that details this process:

    If it persists after this procedure, I believe it would be better to go back to Windows 10.
