Game keeps freezing

So i downloaded the game off the market place on Nov 2 it took over 30hrs to install....so that was complete bull Sh$t all ready then i get to certain part in the campaign during one of its scenes it freezes.... I've all ready deleted everything and re-installed
it that too took 15hrs....i mean what i am suppose to do? i am honeslty at a loss here cause i've tried everything so far....It even freezes at random points in multilayer. So far this is has been a complete waste of money.

Guess i'll have to contact customer support tomorrow and go through that ordeal...

Same here. Just a joke that the campaign is busted. So, not only is the online play bricked for most, the campaign freezes every few minutes for 10-15 seconds. This is quite likely the last digital download for me. It's been an embarrassment.

Having a similar problem game played fine for a while after the 30hr download then lost sound in campain mode followed by freezing and slomo play.uninstalled tried again same problem and trying one more time. Lost 3days this is dissapointing

same issue here, I have uninstalled it twice and no results. what do I do?

I'm glad you're back, it's great to have you here with us in the community.

1st step - Enable the Direct Play feature:

1. Press Windows+R, type Appwiz.cpl and click Ok;

2. In the upper right corner, click Turn Windows features on or off;

3. Click Legacy Components and check the Direct Play box;

4. Click Yes > Ok and restart the system.

Step 2 - Disable Windows 10 game mode.

1. Click on the Start Menu, click on Settings, click on Games, then click on Game Mode;

2. Toggle the Use game mode switch to Off;

3. Reboot the system and test.

Step 3 - Run the game in compatibility mode.

1. Right-click the game executable and click Properties;

2. Click the Compatibility tab and check the Run this program in compatibility mode box;

3. Test with all available editions and click Ok.

Note: Test with all versions.

If it still persists, I would recommend a recomposition (inplace) of the system, where it recomposes all Windows files. Lester BernardReyes has an article that details this process:

If it persists after this procedure, I believe it would be better to go back to Windows 10.
