game keeps freezing from this new update !

this last update on ESO it keeps freezing on start up ! I have tried everything i could shy of uninstalling it and last time i did i could not redownload it i had too rebuy it. So this will be my last time for xbox!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is no fix playstation
here i come!!!!

Solitaire Freezes

This just keeps freezing lately, after recent update on Windows 10. No support from microsft team so meh...

 

game uninstall & re-install

Hi new to this, game keeps freezing, if I uninstall, then re-install will I lose progress?

 

If you've tried all other fixes except uninstalling it and reinstalling it, then I wold do that. As long as you are using the same account that purchased it, or on the same "home" console as the person who bought it, you will not have to pay for it again.

 

see you are right but this the same home and i lost it and they told me reinstall so i had too pay for it to do so . i will try again but if it dont work im done with xbox for good besides its there mess up.

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
